I will review the effectiveness of products, and explain what they are for.
Many people think that quitting smoking will improve their mood, sleep quality, and the like. This is a myth. A lot of people who are trying to quit smoking don't have these problems, and don't seem to feel any of these improvements. In fact, many people report that they feel worse for smoking than they have for a long time. They also report that when they quit smoking, they have to get up at 4 or 5 AM to continue smoking to feel normal. These people have found other ways to feel normal, such as going out to enjoy their social life or having fun, or enjoying themselves. But not smoking is so much harder than these other activities, which have no nicotine. Smoking, as far as I can tell, is like a game of tennis, where you can play it perfectly, but if you are not at your best, you will be knocked out. If you are in a really bad way when you are trying to quit, you might get some relief when you feel something good (a smile, a laugh, or a hug) from smoking. But you will have to be careful not to do any of those things again for a long time.
